Ever braaied a chicken flaty, just to start cutting it afterwards and it is not cooked evenly?
Well I've got a good solution for that problem, a brick, yes you read correct a brick.
Wrap the brick with some foil and put on the chicken whilst you braai it, you will distribute the heat evenly and your problem is solved, no more unevenly cooked chicken.
You can even use this method for cooking ribs evenly.
