Filled Baked Potatoes

Filled Baked Potatoes

Something different to make on a night you don’t know what to cook or as a nice side dish to almost any
meal.
What you will need:
Potatoes quantity the amount you want to make, but let’s go for 8 for this recipe
1 X packet of bacon 250g (shredded if you don’t want to have too much work)
1 X cup of grated cheddar cheese
200 ml of cream
1 to 2 tablespoons of real butter
Salt and Pepper to taste (Aromat optional)
Oregano and parsley

Method:

Whilst you boil the whole potatoes skin on, pan fry the bacon until cooked.
Preheat the oven to 140 degrees Celsius.
When potatoes are cooked, cool them a bit cut in half and hollow them carefully out, not to break the skin of the potatoes. Take the potatoes insides and mash them in a bucket and add the cream, butter, salt and pepper, bacon and the oregano and parsley for colour and mix well.
Fill the potatoes with the mash mixture that you have made, and divide the grated cheese on top of all the potatoes.
Put potatoes in an oven proof dish and bake for 5 – 10 minutes until cheese has melted.
And enjoy,

Happy cooking,
