Microwave Chocolate Cake

This is such an easy cake to make, I got this recipe from the Rooi Rose, written by Sonja Jordt.

What you will need:
Cake:
1 X Cup Cake Flour
1 X Cup Castor Sugar
1 X Table Spoon Baking Powder
½ X Table Spoon Salt
3 X Table Spoons Cacao
1 X Cup Luke Warm Water
1 X Table Spoon Sunflower Oil
2 X Eggs
1 X Teaspoon Vanilla Flavouring

Frosting:
125 gram Margarine
9 X Table Spoons Icing Sugar
2 X Table Spoons Cacao
1 X Egg

Method:

Cake:
Sift all the dry ingredients together. Whisk the oil, Luke warm water and eggs together. Mix the fluid and dry ingredients together and add vanilla flavouring and whisk everything thoroughly. Pour mixture in a microwave resistant container (180 mm in diameter) that is sprayed with Spray and Bake.  Bake in the microwave for 6 minutes at 100 % power (750 watt). Test with a test pen if it is cooked thru. Set aside to cool of.

Frosting:
Mix everything together with a whisk. Spread the entire cake with the frosting, and enjoy.
